I highly... recommend Daniel and his team!**This is a follow up review [June 2022]. I have moved and thought of Beauchamp's when I needed their services at my "new" home! I called and got a timely response to make an appointment! Once again, they have exceeded my expectations! Brendan handled the job this time [Daniel was busy making some other home owner happy!]!! Returning customer, spoke with owner Daniel by phone Feb 23rd. Asked if he preferred to come take a look for an estimate; he declined on the basis that he recalled the... location. Discussed details about cleaning duplex and our home. The duplex was bricks, small concrete parking spots and walkway. Our home I specified was bricks, vinyl eave, vinyl on hip roof, driveway, mailbox, walkway, landscape pavers, covered porch, porch cover, gutters, paver walkway, paver patio, and shed. I asked if he thought the roof would need cleaning, since replaced in 2020, of which he replied, "since we are there and set up, we might as well do the roof", so I agreed. He asked me to text him the addresses, and he would take a look and give me a price. He didn't acknowledge the text, so I waited until the following day, and reached out again. He texted me the prices and scheduled the appointments for 2 weeks later. The duplex was cleaned satisfactorily. The day we were scheduled to clean our home, March 9th, the weather forecast was thunderstorms. I reached out to him that morning to ask if we should reschedule, because my concern was their safety, and I also didn't want them to feel rushed due to the weather and what all needed to be done at our home, and I reiterated what needed to be done. He texted me "we should be good, flatbed is scheduled to be there about noon/early afternoon, if the bottom drops out and he can't wash we'll figure it out". Fast forward, the flatbed shows up at 2:30p, the polite technician comes to the door, introduces himself, and tells me he was here to clean the driveway, walkway and bricks (all he was aware of). My response was more like (uneasy chuckle), "there's a lot more than that", and I proceeded to give him the tour, of which judging by the look on his face, he was clearly not expecting. In the meantime, it was getting colder, darker and beginning to sprinkle rain. He advised me that he didn't think he could reach the shed with the amount of hose he had, he had no ladder, and was not allowed to climb a ladder or go on the roof, due to liability. Translation...no roof cleaning, no cleaning out gutters, no top of the patio cover cleaning, and questionable as to whether he could reach the shed, and well, the paver patio was just adjacent to the shed as well. He offered to do a portion of the job, as well as "shoot some soap up on top the patio cover" to suffice. At that point I was disappointed, cold and wet, so I asked him if he could call and consult with Daniel, of which he replied, "He won't answer the phone, he never answers the phone if he is up on a roof". I then took the liberty myself to see if Daniel would answer the phone, and he didn't, so I decided it would be best to reschedule since I was losing confidence in the situation. Immediately after the tech left, I texted Daniel explaining what took place, reminded him again what all I needed done, and asked him to please call to reschedule. I asked him to invoice me for the duplex, so that I could get him paid. The following morning, he texted me "Okay, I have to look at dates when I get back to shop i'm strung out on apartments the rest of March. Just need an email to send the invoice for rental", to which I replied with my email, and asked him to "please lmk so I can gage whether I should put everything back that I cleared off, if it's going to be awhile". He emailed the invoice promptly, and I paid it immediately. He never replied about rescheduling, and 4 days later I texted again, "Did you forget about me"? Still no reply. Now since then, I see where he has been posting on his Facebook page about the work he is doing cleaning apartments, house, & shopping center. So, I call him yesterday morning, and left a message on his voicemail that if I didn't hear back from him yesterday, I would assume he is no longer interested in doing work for us. After no response, today (a week later), I decided it was time to write a review. I take no pleasure in writing negative reviews, but C'mon, you need to treat your customers better than this.read more

I would highly recommend Beauchamp Pressure Washing. I booked them after reading the glowing reviews and now I understand why. Daniel was a pleasure to work with. He stopped by... to quote the pressure washing project. It included outdoor furniture, big cushions, four balconies tile surfaces, facia board, clear balcony glass and outside doors on the house and pavers. The price he gave was truly a bargain. He put a ton of effort into his work and even noticed another few areas that I didn’t see- My big windows that needed a good spray. He communicated well ahead of time and was very pleasant. On top of an already top notch job, I ended up having a bird do his business on two huge picture windows a few days later. I text Daniel, and unbelievably he managed to come by a few days later. When i asked what I owed, he said it was completely complementary. That is almost unheard of. Daniel enjoys what he does and it shows. He works very hard for his customers and you will not regret booking this company for your power washing needs. I’d recommend him 100%!read more

Daniel came over to my home with his crew. They did an outstanding job power washing my roof as well as my siding in my home. I am glad they did it instead of me. I had... attempted it on my own as far as the siding, however, missed A-Lot of spots, as well as didn't want to get on the roof by myself. I told the owner that i was planning on doing the roof my selt, however, I am glad I didn't. I wouldn't have know that on a roof job, you don't want to put high pressure on it because it can ruin the shingles and void my warranty. Whew. I know better now.
